It appears the homeless generation is a group of people that have said the wrong thing at the wrong time-as in me as well when I reported a crime. I was persuaded to go among crime areas and the homeless community including bad neighborhood bars-and I did-except the bars. If you have no where to go and no one backing you: when you have that confrontation at work, with your landlord-political or not, perhaps your family, or a group you belong to, you are put on a judging board whether you are deemed to have a home.
When you are homeless you are considered quiet because of the assumption of the perceived judgement from others onto you. This leaves the ones that feel you are a problem with peace in their minds and feeling the need to not have to bother worrying about the previous circumstances of the arise of conflict because others don’t value your opinions or words any longer. Most know, once homeless the odds of getting out is slim.
You have to give these people, the homeless, credit to try and sustain in such a horrible situation. These people that have been deemed after their situation as to not wanting to live by their supposed choice of being on the street, not only could have taken their lives-and I’m sure many have from the circumstances of living on the streets, but fight each day to survive these circumstances. This is very evident in photos of their situations. The living conditions are horrible. Those perceived to be on drugs are dehydrated and asphyxiated leaving their brain weakened to speak or stand correctly.
